Have you been thinking about a way to take better care of yourself, improve your energy, and perhaps decrease some of those nagging symptoms of stress?  Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course has helped people gain a greater appreciation for life.

FREE Mindfulness Informational Session

Where:  Mindfulness Practice Center of Fairfaxx

              Located at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax  Chapel in the Program Building

When:   Sunday evening, March 30, 2008 from 5:30-7 pm

Cost:    Free

Registration: None necessary.  All are invited to attend.

NOTE:  Anyone interested in taking the 7 week course, April 6 through May 18 described below is required to attend the free informational session on March 30.

The Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course Consists of:

When:   Seven Sunday evening sessions April 6 – May 8, 2008 from 5:30-7:00 pm

Where:  

     Mindfulness Practice Center of Fairfax

     Located in the Chapel of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax

Tuition:  $250.00 - This includes the 7 sessions, 2 CDs for practice and a half-day retreat day in May.

Registration: All interested in participating may register at the conclusion of the March 30th Informational Session.

Instructor:  Paulette Cerutti, L.P.C., L.M.F.T., Trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society, University of Massachusetts Medical School.  She is also a member of the Mindfulness Practice Center of Fairfax.
