NOTE: Anyone interested in taking the 7 week course, April 6
through May 18 described below is required to attend the free informational
session on March 30.
The
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course Consists of:
Seven weekly 1 1/2 hour group sessions
A half-day mindfulness retreat on May 10th
Guided Mindfulness Meditation Instruction
Mindful yoga and gentle stretching
Exercises to increase awareness in everyday life
Group discussions
Homework assignments
Daily home practice with CD’s as a guide

$250.00 - This includes
the 7 sessions, 2 CDs for practice and a half-day retreat day in May.

L.M.F.T., Trained at the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and
Society, University of Massachusetts Medical School.
She is also a member of the Mindfulness Practice Center of Fairfax.
